stay relaxed. keep your arms and jaw loose, the jaw part may seem strange but it really does help if you let it bounce. try your best to keep a steady pace throughout our race. don’t start out too quick but dont save everything you have for the last 400 meters. also a couple of hours before your race eat something like a peanut butter sandwich. the protein in the bread will give sudden energy and the carbs in the bread will give you lasting energy. good luck!
